Muhammad Kabir represents the Birnin Kudu Local Government Area—the home of former governor and PDP leader in the state, Sule Lamido. He announced his defection on Wednesday during an elaborate event at the Government House in Dutse, hosted by the Speaker of the Assembly, Haruna Aliyu.
